Miss South Africa 2022 will be crowned this month in a not-to-be-missed spectacular filled with top celebrities, entertainment and red-carpet glamour. Here’s what you need to know
Miss South has been one of the biggest platforms for young women to become brand ambassadors for our country. Many have become successful business moguls, such as Basetsana Kumalo, while some have gone on to dominate the global stage, including Rolene Strauss, Demi-Leigh Tebow, Zozibini Tunzi and currently Lalela Mswane. Through this organisation, these women become champions and voices of women’s rights, thought leaders and successful career women who inspire other young South Africans to fulfil their potential, recognise their self-worth and take up space.
