Catching up with the fast-paced world, while trying to make the most of our career, business and relationship aspirations can take its mental toll on us. Here are signs you need to take a mental break
There seem to be few hours in a day for any hustler, but the truth is neglecting your physical and mental well-being in pursuit of the kind of success you want can be dangerous. Remember talk show host Wendy Williams fainting during her Halloween live show in October 2017? It was an obvious sign that she was exhausted and even she admitted that she pushed herself too hard because she has a “very hard work ethic.” I am not disputing that but ignoring your body while at you are at it is ridiculous. Wendy is not the only known workaholic, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Beyonce, and Scarlett Johansson have admitted to working around the clock. Working yourself to the bone, especially at the expense of your health is not as honourable as you might think because at the end of the day, you are replaceable in any workplace should anything happen to you.

- When you become easily irritable.
