From Johannesburg to Cape Town, Eastern Cape and Harare, Ami Faku has been confirmed to perform at some of the biggest music events of the year

2 Shows At The National Arts Festival – Grahamstown 

Ami Faku will be performing live at the annual National Arts Festival this coming weekend in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. Ami is set to take the stage on 01 July at Guy Butler Auditorium at 21h30 for a sold-out show, and 02 July at Guy Butler Auditorium at 14h00. 

2 Shows At The Deborah Cox & Musiq Soulchild – Cape Town & Pretoria 

Ami has been announced as one of the two South African supporting acts, opening for international headliners Deborah Cox and Musiq SoulChild brought to you by Magic Music Sessions this July. The event will take place on July 27 at the Grand West Arena in Cape Town, and on July 29 at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria. Tickets are available for purchase on Webtickets and at Pick n Pay stores nationwide.

Rocking The Daisies – Cape Town 

Rocking The Daisies is arguably one of the most anticipated South African music festivals that take place every year, and this year is no different. Anticipation and excitement are especially high as Ami has been announced as one of the South African musicians set to perform at the renowned festival during its Cape Town leg. Ticket holders can prepare for a soul-moving experience, one of which music enthusiasts do not want to miss!

Jacaranda Music Festival – Harare, Zimbabwe 

Dubbed as one of Harare’s best music festivals, The Jacaranda Music Festival will be taking place from 6 to 8 October 2023, at the Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare, Zimbabwe. Ami has been confirmed as part of this year’s lineup. Ami is set to perform a 45-minute set on Saturday, 07 October. Festival goers can expect to be blown away by Ami’s soulful performance.

And her success tips? “Work hard and something will eventually happen. If you don’t do anything, nothing will happen. Things will work out in the end,” she advises.
