Riri opens up about her skin problems, which inspired her to work on and launch her skincare range Fenty Skincare
One of the richest women in showbiz and business, Rihanna, is not planning to slow down on building her Fenty empire, adding to it a skincare range. Riri took to social media her journey with a problematic skin that probed her to work on a skincare product for two years. She said in part on her Instagram page, “I’m a woman of colour and I have a lot of sensitivity in a lot of areas on my face. So I get picky with products and a lot of times I get scared and cautious. I wanted a product that just worked. More than anything, that was just the most important thing for me. Something that worked for everyone.”
The range requires a three-step routine and each product is customised to enhance the performance of each other. It includes a total cleanser, which is a 2-in-1 makeup remover-cleanser that takes everything off without drying out the skin. A fat water toner serum, which is a 2-in-1 toner-serum combo that targets pores, improves the look of dark spots, brightens, smooths, and fights shine. The hydra vizor invisible moisturizer + SPF, which is a 2-in-1 sunscreen and moisturizer with SPF 30 protection. It’s oil-free, invisible on all skin tones, coral reef-friendly, and refillable.
Fenty Skincare’s IG page already boasts more than 400k followers. The range drops on July 31 exclusively at fentyskin.com
