A new blog, which aims to celebrate the youth has been officially launched with special guests over the past weekend
Finally, I saw my vision board coming to fruition! Special guests braced the cold weather over the past weekend to celebrate the launch of KDanielles Media, a new blog and publicity brand that profiles and targets young, driven people. The celebration, which was hosted at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sandton was my brainchild, which I had over six years ago when I started my career as a journalist. Fear, especially of failure prevented me from following my dreams. But in May this year, I decided to take the risk and follow the voice that grew louder over the years. The online platform was inspired by the passion and drive of successful young people who are navigating their entrepreneurial, career and entertainment journey. YFM presenter DJ Sabby and former Rhythm City actor, Sphamandla Dhludhlu were among the guests who were present. I started the inspirational blog with the aim of profiling and celebrating the youth who contribute to the well-being of the country, economically and socially. For a while I toyed with the idea of starting a youth-based platform that shows and celebrates young people who have achieved a lot of success, regardless of the challenges they face. I really wanted to start a blog that will be a preferred go-to tool where the youth can draw inspiration from their peers while they are navigating their path to success as well. I think it’s an inherent and God-given right for everyone to succeed in everything they aspire to. I feel humbled and thankful that I achieved a dream I had since starting my career as a journalist. I am grateful to my mother and sister for their love and support; and especially my best friends and the guests that were present. It’s one risk I am proud of taking no matter what the future holds. The blog is a foundation of other services that are offered, such as publicity and content curation. Sponsors from http://brandcartel.co.za who came on board were German beauty brand, LCN, a voucher from Freddy Jeans, energy drink Tran Quini and of course our favourite publications, Destiny and Destiny Man. The intimate affair was one memorable one. And so the energy begins…
If fear didn’t stop you, what dreams would you fulfil? I would love to hear from the comments below
Aw, thіѕ was a really good ⲣost. Spending some time and actual effort to
create a really good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and don’t
manage to get anything done.
