The TommyxZendaya collaboration is days away from its runway debut at the Paris Fashion Week from 25 February 2019 and by the sneak peek that Zendaya gave on her Instagram Page fans will sure travel back in time with her collection. Think zodiac-printed suits, high-waisted skirts cinched with oversize belts, knit sweaters with stripes, plaid trousers slightly flared at the hem. Your mama will sure have nostalgia! According to Teenvogue.com the singer and the design team referenced the famous ‘Battle of Versailles’ fashion show.

It further shares that the 1973 Battle of Versailles was a charity event that saw French designers go against their American counterparts in a cultural and fashion battle. This collection pays tribute to that historic fashion moment. The TommyXZendaya will debut on Saturday, March 2 with its own fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
