Hip Hop artist, AKA has added to his list of awards and achievements in 2019 alone, a Nickelodeon Africa Kids Choice Award
Just a week ago, AKA celebrated with his fans, family, and friends, being in the music industry for ten years at the AKA Live Orchestra in Pretoria.

On Saturday, 23 March 2019 the rapper rubbed shoulders with and wrestled against some of Hollywoods’ heavyweights for a Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award, which took place at the Galen Center in Los Angeles. Although the internet went frenzy that his daughter, Kairo, couldn’t attend the event with him because of VISA issues, the proud dad will bring home his award.

AKA was nominated for the Favourite South African Star award alongside actress Nomzamo Mbatha, rugby player Siya Kolisi, cricket player Kagiso Rabada and “Idols SA” judge and radio personality Somizi Mhlongo. He shared the news with his fans on social media saying, “It gives me great pride to accept this @nickelodeon KIDS CHOICE AWARD on behalf of my daughter @kairo.forbes and all of the MEGACY. Thank You so much for all the votes ? … I cannot stress how important it is to have the young ones still rocking with me as their #1 after 10 + years in the game. From AFRICA TO THE WORLD.”
